Ear Acupuncture & Seeds
Think of the ear as a microcosm of the body. Placing 5 tiny, sterile points in each ear, Auriculotherapy or Ear Acupuncture treats health issues such as insomnia, anxiety/stress, and menopausal symptoms, hot flushes and night sweats. Enjoy a hand/ foot massage while the treatment works. At the session end Jo will pop in Ear Seeds to help carry on the self-care at home.
Massage Therapies
After living in Bali for over a decade, Jo offers Asian Massage Therapies. Unwind with a deeply relaxing essential oil Swedish massage or Indian Head massage, experience Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing through massage, or relieve aches, pains and release body toxins with Acupressure, Cupping & Gua Sha Therapy.
Women's Wellness
Jo regularly gathers small groups of like-minded souls in a beautiful yoga studio to experience a healing journey through Auriculotherapy (Ear Acupuncture) and sublime Hand and Foot Massage. Once the points are in, lie back on a yoga mat and pillow and drift off to celestial sounds whilst receiving a divine massage.

Jo has been helping others to thrive for decades. Living in Asia for 15 years, she owned luxury wellness travel company Soul Sanctuaries, sending weary souls on Asian journeys of renewal. Bringing her holistic wellness expertise to the UK, Jo is a qualified NADA Auricular (Ear) Acupuncturist and Holistic Massage Therapist. Her treatments address a myriad of issues, from muscular aches, to stress management and menopause.
